The products are the business. Consultancy exists for the work around them and for the Dataverse problems a maker cannot solve from the portal — and it is priced the same way: €900 per day, published, same for everyone.
What we take on
Architecture review
A fixed-length look at an existing Dataverse estate: data model, security model, integration surface, solution layering, licensing exposure. Output is a written document with decisions, not a slide deck. Two to five days.
Server-side extension
C# plugins, Custom APIs, plugin packages with dependencies. Written to the constraints the platform actually enforces — sandbox, two-minute limit, transaction scope — and registered from source control, not the registration tool.
PCF controls and code apps
When a model-driven form is not enough: PCF controls bound to your columns, or a full Power Apps code app — React and TypeScript over Dataverse, shipped as a managed solution. How we decide which.
Azure and SharePoint integration
Azure Functions, service-to-service auth with Entra, SharePoint document structures that survive past the 5,000-row grid, Dataverse SDK for Python for pipelines. Runs in your subscription.
Solution ALM
Environment strategy, managed versus unmanaged, solution layering, pipelines, and undoing the damage of years of customisation in production. Usually the first thing an architecture review turns up.
Product implementation
Implementation of PSA Hub, SSS DocGen and SSS DMS is quoted separately on each product page. This page is for everything that is not one of the products.
What we do not take on
- Licence reselling. Licensing stays between you and Microsoft or your CSP.
- Staff augmentation. No seats on your team, no time-and-materials without a deliverable.
- Canvas app factories. If the problem is solvable by a maker in the portal, it should be solved by a maker in the portal.
- Anything outside the Microsoft platform. We build on Dataverse and Azure. Not Salesforce, not custom stacks.
Pricing
€900 per day, or €120 per hour for pieces of work under a day, excluding VAT, billed on delivery of the scoped piece of work. Travel is quoted separately and is rarely needed — the work happens in your tenant.
Every engagement starts with a written scope stating deliverable, days and what is out. If the scope is wrong for you, we say so on the first call. A published rate is the cheapest qualification there is: the firms for whom it is obviously wrong never write, and neither of us spends a call finding that out.
How an engagement runs
- Scoping call. Thirty minutes. You describe the estate and the problem; we say whether it is a fit and roughly how many days.
- Written scope. Deliverable, days, exclusions, access needed. You approve it by email.
- Work in your tenant. Your environments, your Entra ID, your repository. Nothing is held on our side.
- Delivery and handover. Source, solution and a document your own team can maintain from. Then we leave.
Who does the work
Duarte Clemente, who founded the company and builds the products. Background: PCF controls, C# plugins, Custom APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint integration, solution ALM, the Dataverse SDK for Python, and several years managing a PSA platform in production. The person on the scoping call is the person who writes the code.
Capacity is limited and we are honest about it. A small number of engagements run at a time; if the timeline you need is not one we can commit to, we will say so rather than take the deposit.
Questions buyers actually ask
Do you resell Microsoft licences?
No. We build and maintain software on the Power Platform. Licensing stays between you and Microsoft or your CSP.
Do you take on staff augmentation or long-term placements?
No. Engagements are scoped pieces of work with a deliverable — an architecture, a plugin, a control, a migration — not a seat on your team.
Who does the work?
Duarte Clemente, the founder. There is no bench. Capacity is limited and we say so before taking a deposit.
Is the day rate the same for every client?
Yes. Same rate for a five-person firm and a five-thousand-person one, published here, like every other price on this site.
Can you work in our tenant only?
Yes, and we prefer it. Work happens in your environments, under your Entra ID, in your source control. Nothing is held on our side.
